So...what IS a soap sponge?
A soap sponge is an exfoliating, moisturising sponge infused with solid soap, designed to cleanse and exfoliate the skin simultaneously in the shower or bath. This dual-sided sponge exfoliates on one side and smooths on the other. They are very travel-friendly which lather only when wet.
 
How do I use it?
Firstly wet the soap sponge thoroughly and using your hands you can gently squeeze the sponge which creates lather. Use the exfoliating side in circular motions or the softer side for a smoother wash. Remember only wet the sponge when you want lather and when not using it ensure it isn't left under or in water. Once you have finished washing squeeze any excess water out and replace the sponge back in the plastic container. The soap sponge will re-harden until the next time you use it. 
 
How long does it last?
Well this is a difficult question but using averages over a number of people if you use this every day you can get anywhere between 2 and 5 weeks use out of it.
