Refund & Cancellations

To qualify for a refund The products must still be in their original packaging and in the same condition of dispatch/receipt and are un-opened. Any soaps must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt, otherwise, only an exchange can be made.
Our conditions and returns policy does not affect your Statutory Rights.
Promotions & Voucher Codes

All Voucher Codes & Promotions are subject to change without notice and therefore, are not guaranteed. Any codes confirmed by the on-line process are subject to our terms and conditions and can be withdrawn without prior notice.
Damaged Goods

In the unlikely event of a product being damaged please return the product within 15 days for a replacement or refund. All product(s) should be returned as received. If any product is damaged or missing, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
Return of Goods for any reason
Goods should be returned, preferably with a Post Office Postal Receipt, stating reason for return, your name, address and order number: To return a product, please email us at info@soap-dodger.co.uk and quote your order number and any details of problems. Please wait for an acknowledgement which will explain how to return your goods. Goods cannot be returned because you change your mind. Customers will have to take the cost for returns.
