Crellies: What are they?
Crellies are like a cross between a creme polish and a jelly polish. They are thinner than a standard creme and normally have additions such as flakes or glitters.
Crellies sometimes have to built up in thinner coats meaning a 3-coat application may be necessary if you prefer not to have a visible nail line

Crellies: How do I use them?
Crellies are not the easiest polish to apply and sometimes they can pool into the nail line. The biggest mistake you can make is to overload the polish onto the brush as this can create pooling or an uneven finish.
Try using thin and even coats and applying from the base of you nail bed using smooth motions
