Flake Polishes: What are they?
There are so many types of flakes and we are a huge fan of making them as much as our customers are buying them. Generally speaking we tend to use iridescent (sometimes called Ghost) flakes which are ultra-thin, irregular, and translucent particles that create a colour-shifting effect. We also sometimes use solid coloured or multi coloured irregular-shaped flecks which are suspended in the bottle and base.

Flake Polishes: How do I use them?
Applying flake polishes requires a gentle touch to prevent clumping. To get an even, seamless layer, "float" the brush over the nail rather than pressing down.
Sometimes you may want to use the end of the brush to place flakes in certain positions on the nail, which is best done immediately after application. Trying to do this when the polish starts to dry will ruin the application.
